Bu yeni belirlenen paha ve prensiplerin, dinamik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde ya\u015famas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli uygulamalar\u0131 tan\u0131mlad\u0131 ve hayata ge\u00e7irdi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Borusan\u2019\u0131n 200 y\u0131ll\u0131k K\u00fcme olma vizyonuna paralel olarak gelecekte de varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme hedefine y\u00f6nelik y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen BorusanX, yaln\u0131zca bir de\u011fi\u015fim projesi de\u011fil, t\u0131pk\u0131 vakitte bir \u00f6\u011frenme ve geli\u015fim s\u00fcreci olarak da ilerledi. Borusanl\u0131lar\u0131n faal i\u015ftirakiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirken, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n fikirlerini ve geri bildirimlerini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a payla\u015fabilecekleri bir ortam yarat\u0131larak, inanca dayal\u0131, uygun niyetli ve payla\u015f\u0131mc\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 hedeflendi. \u0130nsan merkezli bu b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm seyahatinde etap evre ilerlenirken, kurumun de\u011ferleri\u00a0Grup \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n ortak akl\u0131 ve \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla yenilendi.\u00a0Bu yenilik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131m ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00fcretkenli\u011fini de\u011ferli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde art\u0131ran Borusan, program\u0131n muvaffakiyetini ve tesirini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlemelerle de\u011ferlendirip \u015feffaf bir bi\u00e7imde payla\u015f\u0131yor.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Borusan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k skoru y\u00fczde 79<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BorusanX ile girilen bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm seyahatinde 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda k\u0131ymetli bir ilerleme kaydedilirken bu geli\u015fim, 3.200 Borusanl\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir alg\u0131 anketi ile \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc. Buna nazaran 2022 y\u0131l\u0131na k\u0131yasla t\u00fcm bedel ve prensiplerin benimsenmesinde y\u00fczde 22, a\u00e7\u0131k s\u00f6zl\u00fcl\u00fck ve yapan \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma, g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren liderlik, ortak ak\u0131l, otonomi ve hamasetle harekete ge\u00e7me ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131, k\u00fcme i\u00e7in d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc olarak belirlenen prensiplerde ise y\u00fczde 34 y\u00fckseli\u015f g\u00f6zlemlendi. Borusan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k skoru da bug\u00fcne dek kaydedilen ilerlemenin bir g\u00f6stergesi olarak, son 10 y\u0131l\u0131n en y\u00fcksek skoru olan y\u00fczde 79\u2019a ula\u015ft\u0131.
