Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, \u201cTam kurumsal akreditasyona sahip, \u00f6\u011frenci odakl\u0131l\u0131kta \u00f6d\u00fcll\u00fc, \u00f6nc\u00fc ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcniversitemizde\u00a0olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz \u00f6rnek bilim \u00fcretme ekosistemimiz b\u00fcnyesinde misyon yapan ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 nitelikli projeler ulusal ve milletleraras\u0131 kurum ve kurulu\u015flardan takviye g\u00f6rmeye devam ediyor. Global standartlarda ara\u015ft\u0131rma geli\u015ftirme ve inovasyon faaliyetlerine mesken sahipli\u011fi yapan \u00fcniversitemiz \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda, proje haz\u0131rlama, m\u00fcracaat yapma, patent ve ticarile\u015fme hususlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir hale geldi\u011fini ve bir k\u00fclt\u00fcre d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc m\u00fc\u015fahede ediyoruz. Mensuplar\u0131m\u0131zla birlikte \u00fcniversitemizi daha g\u00fczele ta\u015f\u0131mak, yaln\u0131zca \u00fclkemizde de\u011fil t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada tercih edilen, \u00f6rnek g\u00f6sterilen bir \u00fcniversite olmak i\u00e7in var g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fczle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrece\u011fiz. T\u00dcB\u0130TAK-ARDEB program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda projesi desteklenen \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyemizi kutluyor, muvaffakiyetlerinin devam\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0\u201cYenilik\u00e7i elektronik ayg\u0131tlar geli\u015ftirilecek\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi ile ilgili bilgi veren Proje Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc Ege \u00dcniversitesi G\u00fcne\u015f G\u00fcc\u00fc Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc G\u00fc\u00e7 Teknolojisi Anabilim Kolu Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Adem Memnun ise \u201cYenilik\u00e7i elektronik ayg\u0131tlar geli\u015ftirme yolunda k\u0131ymetli bir ad\u0131m at\u0131yoruz. Projemiz, etraf dostu ve y\u00fcksek performansl\u0131 alan tesirli transist\u00f6rler (FET) \u00fcretmeyi ama\u00e7layan, metil amonyum bizmut iyod\u00fcr (MBI) ve g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f bizmut iyod\u00fcr (ABI), yar\u0131iletkenleri \u00fczerine odaklanmaktad\u0131r. Bizmut tabanl\u0131 bu yeni ku\u015fak yar\u0131iletkenler, daha stabil ve toksik olmayan yap\u0131lar\u0131yla kur\u015fun bazl\u0131 materyallere g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir alternatif sunmaktad\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0\u201c\u00c7evre dostu ve yenilik\u00e7i bir proje\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Projenin gayesi ve gayelerini s\u0131ralayan Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Adem Keyifli, \u201cMBI ve ABI ince sinemalar\u0131 kullanarak, etraf dostu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fclerle \u00fcretilen y\u00fcksek performansl\u0131 transist\u00f6rler geli\u015ftirmeyi hedefliyoruz. Bizmut tabanl\u0131 materyallerin, y\u00fcksek performansl\u0131 transist\u00f6rler i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir aday oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stererek etraf dostu yeni gere\u00e7 uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7may\u0131 hedefliyoruz. \u00dcretece\u011fimiz FET&#8217;lerin y\u00fcksek mobilite ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck histeresis \u00f6zellikleri ile \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n form\u00fcl\u00fcnden bahseden Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Adem Keyifli, \u201cProje kapsam\u0131nda, transist\u00f6r uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni jenerasyon yar\u0131iletken yap\u0131lar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesine odaklanmaktad\u0131r. Metilamin (MA) gaz\u0131 kullan\u0131larak MBI yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturacak ve farkl\u0131 Ag\/Bi molar oranlar\u0131yla ABI rudorffite yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 hayli kolay usullerle elde ettikten sonra altl\u0131klar \u00fczerine kaplayarak FET \u00fcretiminde etkin yar\u0131iletkenler olarak kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada, \u00e7\u00f6zelti haz\u0131rlama, ince sinema kaplama, termal s\u00fcre\u00e7 ve elektriksel karakterizasyon prosed\u00fcrleri ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak incelenecektir. Elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar, ileri elektronik ayg\u0131tlar i\u00e7in bizmut tabanl\u0131 toksik olmayan materyallerin potansiyelini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karacakt\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0\u201cElektronik d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda yeni bir alan a\u00e7\u0131lacak\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Proje kapsam\u0131nda pek \u00e7ok yenili\u011fi literat\u00fcre ve bilim d\u00fcnyas\u0131na sunacaklar\u0131na tabir eden Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Adem Keyifli, \u201c\u00c7evre dostu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fclerle \u00fcretilen MBI ve ABI yap\u0131lar\u0131, ye\u015fil elektronik alan\u0131nda k\u0131ymetli bir ad\u0131m atmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Transist\u00f6rlerin, y\u00fcksek y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 mobilite ve Ion\/Ioff\u00a0ak\u0131m oran\u0131 ile y\u00fcksek performans sergilemesi beklenmektedir. Projemiz ile bizmut tabanl\u0131 materyallerin transist\u00f6r uygulamalar\u0131ndaki potansiyelini ortaya koyarak, yeni jenerasyon elektronik ayg\u0131tlar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesine \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck edilecektir. Bu proje, yaln\u0131zca bilimsel manada de\u011fil, t\u0131pk\u0131 vakitte etraf dostu teknolojilerin geli\u015ftirilmesine de katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak. Kur\u015funsuz ve toksik olmayan MBI ve ABI yar\u0131iletkenlerinin kullan\u0131m\u0131, elektronik d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda yeni bir alan a\u00e7acak.
